Responsibilities for Assembler - HVAC Technology Park

We are looking for multiple skilled Assemblers to connect parts into more complex components. This individual ensures all parts fit correctly and are suitable for the final product with the use of their hands or machines to complete the job with greater precision.

The majority of this position's responsibilities include:
•	Installing and assembling parts, motors, wires, insulation, or additional related components
•	Ensuring all parts/materials used, match the BOM (bill of materials) or product sample by reading/comprehending instructions and following established trained procedures
•	Confirming all processes follow the OMS (Operational Methods Sheet)/work instructions
•	Select, and/or modify precision measurements taken to ensure the perfect fit of components
•	Align material and put together parts to build more complex units
•	Check output to ensure the highest quality while meeting production quantities
•	Maintain a safe and clean work space 
•	Report on issues, malfunction or defective parts

The use and wear of required personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensuring work is meeting quality standards) is required at all times.

Qualifications for Assembler - HVAC Technology Park

Ideal candidates should have a general technical aptitude and possess great manual dexterity.  

•	Previous manufacturing/warehouse experience with a mechanical ability/assembly experience preferred but not required
•	Physical stamina to stand at work space during scheduled shift 
•	Duties require repetitive movement with accuracy
•	Ability to understand verbal and written instructions in English
•	Eye/hand coordination
•	Lifting from ground level to above head/shoulder
•	Ability to work overtime as needed, including working up to a 5 to 7-day work week occasionally and/or during peak season
•	High-school diploma preferred but not required
•	All candidates must pass a background check and drug screening

Compensation & Benefits for Assembler - HVAC Technology Park

This position has the opportunity to convert to full-time employment following a minimum of 520 hours worked (roughly 90 days based on a 5-day work week at 8 hours per day). Regardless of full-time vs. temporary/contracted employee status, you can enroll to take different certification classes FOR FREE (and you are paid) after 90 days of employment.  Once the test is successfully passed following each certification course, your pay may increase.
